You are in receipt of this VIP invite to our 2026 VIP Log Cabin Concerts, hosted in our previous Log Cabin (original Log Cabin Concert venue) and hosted by the current owners of our former home!
We aren’t promoting these two shows other than word of mouth…for now. If you’ve been to Log Cabin Concert before you will notice they have different furniture and a few other changes…with their art work and photos on the logs. The cabin has a new metal roof and few other changes…
STEP 1: Lodging. Once you have determined you are available for this event please locate lodging NOW. The best way is to find lodging is to Google North Shore Lodging. This will bring up various types of lodging.The cabin is 7 miles west of Grand Marais (most think it south but south actually puts you in Lake Superior.) The closest lodging is Cascade Lodge and Cabins. Search for anything from Silver Bay to Grand Portage. Best locales are Tofte, Lutsen & Lutsen Ski Hill, Poplar River Cabins and Lutsen Sea Villas. Croftville Road There are lots of other cabins too and mom/pop motels and Airbnb etc. Because it is leafing high season it is imperative to locate lodging sooner rather than later.
Our ‘besties’ own the popular Horizon, Skyhouse, and Aurora Rentals designed by famed architect: David Salmela. Quite something! They also own the FIsherman’s Cabin, Writer’s Cabin, next store and all in town a block from the Harbor.
STEP 2 Text me (Deb) at 952-81-7050 to request your evening preference and the link to pay. ($100 per person) We’ll have up to 40 attendees, not including Michael, Deb and the owners. Since we no longer own this cabin, our kind hosts and current owners of the cabin are Dhaivyd & Diana who are sharing their lovely cabin with us all! YAY!
STEP 3 Concert Evening Details: Join us for our 2026, 2nd revival of Michael Monroe’s Log Cabin Concerts.
Arrive at 6:30pm already having dined. We will have sweets/nuts & coffee/tea/soda reception BYO Adult Beverage if you so choose. We supply glassware.
STEP 4 We’ll send you the DIRECTIONS via text from 952.818.7040, the week of the show via text unless you need them sooner. It will include about parking/flashlight/bringing slippers if you like…wood floors need soft-soled shoes, waffle may require slippers/socks…etc.
