Lake Harriet Bandshell – Minneapolis
Michael Monroe, “MN Acoustic Music Master“, Jon Bream, Star Tribune

2pm…celebrating decades of performing at Lake Harriet Bandshell! Weather Note: Greetings O Lake Harriet Audience! I’ve played there in ALL kinds of weather! I’ll be singing my musical mix of original and folk-pop favorites (see below.)
Bring lawn chairs/blankets and parking fills up nearby, so arrive early to walk to the venue! LET’S FOCUS ON AN EASY SUNNY AFTERNOON! We’ll post updates here if we hear anything from the park board regarding weather. They make their decision as close to the show as possible, so likely we’ll move forward to do the show, so be prepared…lightening & extreme heat is a deal breaker.
“Minnesota Acoustic Music Master,” (Star Tribune) and Emmy Award-winning, Michael Monroe, performs an evening of warm-hearted “folk-pop acoustic favorites” by Michael Johnson, James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Gordon Lightfoot, Simon & Garfunkel, Michael Johnson, Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell, Simon and Garfunkel, Carole King, Peter, Paul and Mary as well as original tunes with LIVE-Looping.
